Adam stroked his lower jaw cluelessly.
"You mean the emergence of gods?" To Adam's query, the giant nodded.
"After bringing the demons to this safe place to survive, my consciousness went into slumber. I remained asleep for an uncertain amount of time until my soul was jolted.
Two words surfaced in my mind out of nowhere - 'Ego knows'."
The Sage's face turned grim. As if he had experienced the greatest dread of his life, his expression was grave.
Raising his gaze, he asked. "Did the other Trevor tell you about Faith?"
Faith?
Nope.
Adam shook his head, indicating that he's hearing the term for the first time.
