There was nothing Lyon could do when Petra chose to sleep or pretend to be asleep. Meanwhile, Lyon's mind was filled with many question marks about all the things that had just happened. It builds up into a pyramid of complexity.
Even though Lyon did not see or be directly involved when he found Petra who had fainted with torn clothes full of burnt stains and Petra's originally thick black hair turned red. It's not something out of the ordinary.
"Goodbye, Lyon… sorry I couldn't make you…" whispered Petra before completely losing her consciousness that day.
