Petra's knuckles clenched in anger.
How dare the Demon King in front of him deceive Petra with the face and body of a father that Petra couldn't remember. If it weren't for the strange feeling in her chest that was complicated the first time she saw that face maybe Petra would have lost control like before.
Something that Petra shouldn't be doing is following a storyline that the Demon King deliberately created to bend Petra's true goals. When that happened, Petra hated herself for always being weak.
"Can't you do any other tricks besides wearing a face I don't recognize? Have you run out of ideas?" Petra said quietly but made sure that the Demon King heard her.
Instead, the Demon King just laughed out loud.
