Both David and Paul were equally surprised to realize the person they were both talking about had come on a phone call. Then with a little clearing his throat, Paul picked up the phone call from Lyon.
"Paul? Are you with David tonight? I happened to be at Lisa's house and couldn't sleep. Can we have an emergency meeting?" "Oh, sure," said Lyon casually.
David, who heard Lyon's chatter through the loudspeaker, immediately cursed in his heart and felt bad.
"Just come. I need to talk to you too." David replied in a high pitch he didn't hide.
