It took them some time to figure out what had happened with Tom's mother suddenly moving towards the largest demon stone statue in the middle of the dimly lit cave hall.
At first glance, nothing happened.
Or at least that's how Petra felt and saw. He was still standing beside Minni, was shaking with unblinking eyes. Meanwhile, Tom was not much different, not moving in his place watching his mother slumped limply on the marble floor near the biggest devil statue.
They are afraid to make a move more than take a breath. Because their opponent felt stronger than they imagined. Kin just didn't come to help like last time.
