" Troy " mom called me for the third time. Shaking me out of sleep.
" Yes, mom " I sat straight on the bed.
My room was neatly organised and it smelt good, recently it smelt like feet.
" Someone's here to see you " she said and she had had this look on her face for over a week. The sorry look.
" Who ? " I said.
From my former schools I would miss a whole month and no one would even notice. It had only been a week and seemed like someone missed me already.
" Jenny " she said.
I was surprised but it wasn't a shock. She was my only friend anyway, and she wasn't even my friend.
What does she want now ? I wondered.
" Let me call her in " mom said and stood up from my bed.
I wanted to stop her but she'd already gone.
I stepped away from my bed and looked
at myself. I had a boner I'd been in bed for the whole morning. And the loose shorts didn't do a good job hiding it.
Which day is it ?
I' wasn't sure.
I looked at the wall clock and it was 12 noon.
Must be a weekend. I figured because at 12noon we are at school on any day of the week.
I breathed on my hand, my breath was good, I sniffed myself and I wasn't pleased. I ran to the bathroom and splashed water on my face put some in my mouth and rinsed then spat out. I went a head and sprayed myself with perfume and the whole room for that case.
I picked up a towel and dried my face.
I looked at myself, stupid dick was still up.
I came out of the bathroom my plan was to lay on the bed and cover myself with a blanket till it cools.
Before I could execute my plan there was someone standing at the door all her attention on me, Mom had left the door open.
She was in her school uniform, the skirt was shorter than I remembered, her blouse was neatly tucked in, the bowtie well done but she had no long socks on, to cover those flawless limbs. Her curves were well pronounced. Jenny.
Shit.
" Hey " she smiles gently.

She was not doing me a favor standing in front of me either.
She giggled. I covered my area with my hands then ran to my bed and covered myself with a blanket.
" Don't you knock " I said. She was still laughing.
" If it means missing out on such stuff I'm no longer knocking anywhere " she entered inside and put her bag down.
" What are you doing here ? " I said just to change the topic.
" Were you watching porn ? " she asked squinting her eyes.
" No, I was sleeping " I immediately said.
" How come. . . you know ? " now this wasn't an interesting conversation.
" Sometimes it gets hard for no reason " I felt extremely embarrassed.
" You mean the dick " she said casually and I looked at her once then turned away.
" Yes, the. . . " I swallowed. " dick " she laughed again.
" Just like life "
" Huh ! " how was life related to our conversation in any way, To my... dick.
" You know the saying, life is a dick it gets hard for no reason " I wasn't comfortable with the ongoing conversation.
" That saying is wrong I wasn't hard for no reason " I said trying to dismiss the conversation but instead gave the wrong idea.
She looked at me, I looked at her.
Now that was awkward.
" What are you doing here ? " I asked to dismiss the awkwardness.
" I. . . I came. . . to tell you to hand in the economics work " for the first time I saw Jenny nervous.
" You had my book " I said.
" I did ? "
" Yes you had done it for me, remember. " I said casually.
" Had I ? Oh I must have forgotten " she was nervous.
" You didn't have to come you could've handed it in you know " I said. She was still nervous. She had come to check on me but didn't want to admit it.
" You came to check on me, that's sweet "
" Shut up. I'm here because you've cut school for too long " her voice was stern but she wasn't.
" You could have come in the evening but you also cut school to come and inform me I was cutting school " I stroked my chin to intimidate her. I had her. These were her games but it seemed like I'd beaten the game master.
" Fine, I came to see you but it seemed like you were already thinking about me " she looked at the blanket, I traced her eyes, it was the part of the blanket that covered, my. . . dick.
She gave me an evil smile and I coiled in embarrassment.
She stood up from my bed and looked around.
" So, this is the hole you crawl out from everyday. "
What was I to say ?
" Yes " she looked back at and me and smiled.
" It's nice " she got back to scanning my room.
She spotted my DVD collection near the small TV in my room beside the PS4.
" Have you seen all these movies " she said and went down on her knees and started looking through them.
" Yes "
" Most of them are all a bit too cheesy " maybe she was right. I kept quiet.
" Your mom told me you weren't feeling well, but you seem fine " her concentration was still on the DVDs.
" I am fine now "
" Are you coming to school tomorrow "
" You miss me "
" Don't push it, Chilly " she looked back at me once then to the DVDs.
I kept mum.
" You just won yourself a daily visitor, I haven't seen most of these "
Before I could say anything.
" Does this thing ? " she pointed to my PS4.
" Obviously "
" Come and we play " I hesitated.
" What don't tell me you're still hard ? "
" No " I immediately stood up.
She laughed. I was a little hard but not anything that would show.
I bent down under my bed and got the second game pad. I saw a black polyethylene. I shrugged off the idea immediately.
I switched on the TV and connected the second game pad and handed it to Jenny.
I then brought two cushions and gave Jenny one and another one for me.
She sat cross legged and I copied.
" What do I do now ? " she was totally clueless.
" Nothing yet " I said.
I was going to click on football.
" Whoa, football no I want some violence " she tighten her jaw. It gave me creeps.
" what about that one ? " she said referring to God of war.
" He looks like a savage "
" It's a single player "
" Oh ! "
" What about this one ? " I stopped at mortal combat X.
" Yeah, whatever they are your games "
I clicked.
" Now choose your character "
" I know I'm not that dumb "
" Sorry "
I chose Lui Kang and she chose Mileena.
" She looks sexy and vicious " she had argued
I beat her the second and third time. On the fourth she won just one round. I was going to show her whose bose around here.
The fifth and sixth she beat me.
" You're a quick learner " I said.
" I know " she said her eyes still on the screen.
She beat me a few more times until I felt that she was better than I was.
" Aren't you supposed to be somewhere " I said randomly.
She paused. Yes she had learned to do that too.
" Now that you've mentioned it, not really " classic Jenny. Always intimidating.
She spent the rest of the day in my room, mom offered her food which she refused and instead ate mine plus the juice. She had got comfortable my room.
Soon it got dark and she went home.
I promised her to go to school the next day and before she went out of my room she asked me twice what kept me home for a week. I told her I wasn't feeling well. But she didn't buy it.
