The soldier was lying down on a bed at the infirmary of the Sgail's Headquarters. Now that the adrenaline had left his body, he was feeling pain in different spots. His muscles were worn out as well and he was sure that he cracked a rib or two.
'I would be completely fine if it wasn't for that criminal doing a kamikaze assault on me… Damn, those boots were potent. He covered such a distance in a very short span of time. I even forgot to use my shield instead of avoiding the attack…'
Something that Casper noticed during his time on the mission, particularly when in battle, was that he forgot several times that he had technologies to help him to do things. That was his biggest flaw and also the reason why he let those two criminals escape when he was so close to capturing them.
