Upon hearing Rurik's words, Leo went into berserker mode. He was a prideful person, so hearing someone mocking and underestimating him hit right when it hurts. His anger could be sensed in the air, even Rurik felt the hairs of his neck stand on end.
The man kicked the ground, advancing towards the Immortal Aesir. Every step he did create a shallow crater under his feet. That street was thoroughly broken already, and the colossal strength of that man helped to worse it even more.
Rurik, though, didn't leave the spot. He waited patiently for the arrival of his enemy. His hands were still on his pockets and his eyes didn't show surprise, fear, nor any trace of resolution. They were still melancholic.
