Each chime of the bell sent waves towards the barrier made it stronger and more mystical in nature. Magic circles are also seen appearing on the barrier for a split second before becoming invisible. The individuals inside the barrier also felt like that the air became less stuffy or heavy.
"How did you do that?!" Hanbin exclaimed with great shock as this barrier is already in the form of another world.
Adrian's eyes went back to being normal, but his nose started to bleed. He also felt really weak all of a sudden as he used his own body's energy in order to strengthen the barrier. One could say that he is now the core of the barrier instead of the bell and the ones outside are just helping him stabilize it.
"Are you okay?" Jihan asked as he could see that Adrian's nosebleed is not ordinary.
"I am good, but I will not be able to support you against the enemy. I am maintaining this barrier now, but I do not know how long I can hold it." Adrian replied.
"From the way you speak, it seems you have found the location of the enemy." Ji-Ho stated.
"I managed to locate the enigma, but I do not know the exact location of the shaman. He must have clouded himself from detection using magic." Adrian stated as he pulled a chair and sat down. He also pulled out his handkerchief and plugged his nose with it for the blood.
"Where is the enigma then?" Ji-Ho asked.
"She is currently at the gymnasium right now, but I would not advise to there while her powers are going berserk." Adrian stated.
"Stay here and I will handle her." Jihan stated but Adrian stopped him.
"How are you going to do that? Are you going to kill her?" Adrian asked.
"If I can make her unconscious then her ability will stop functioning." Jihan stated as that is usually the case for Deviants that have supernatural abilities.
"She is just the source, but she is not actually controlling her ability. Even if you knock her unconscious, she will still create shadow monsters that will not stop their rampage since she her powers are going haywire." Adrian replied.
"We will just kill her then." Ji-Ho intervened as she said that with a straight face, but Jihan did not like that idea. The enigma girl is not guilty as she cannot control her powers that suddenly exploded. In Jihan's mind, she is a victim of this as well since it is probably someone that triggered her mental breakdown.
"You cannot do that as well because she is a creation type enigma. She created the shadow monsters roaming the school grounds and it seems that some of them have minds of their own. They might devour their master and become the new host of the body. If that happens then we will probably be killed inside this barrier." Adrian stated casually which shocked everyone there.
"That is not possible! Only gods can create beings with minds of their own." Hanbin stated.
"You can do it to. You have the blood of a god running through your veins, but your abilities are not aligned to creation just like her so it will be difficult for you. She has the blood of a being called the Eodum. Eodum has been revered by people since ancient times which is why it probably gained a body. Also, gods giving birth to mortals or siring mortals are not the only way to create a demigod of their lineage." Adrian revealed as he took out the handkerchief plugging his nose.
"How do we stop her then?" Ji-Ho asked before Hanbin could ask Adrian on how he knew that he had the blood of a god running though his veins.
"I will stop her. You guys will need to protect me while I dive into her mind." Adrian replied.
"I will protect you." Jihan stated firmly as he also wanted to save the enigma girl.
"We shall do our best as well." Ji-Ho stated while Hanbin just nodded as she already decided.
"Take note that it is not only shadow monsters that will attack us. The shaman will be there as well. I can feel foreign energies scattered around the school. It seems that he is also preparing a ritual. Be careful of Teacher Smith." Adrian stated as magic is trickier to combat than supernatural abilities.

On the way to the gym, they encountered more shadow monsters, but they managed to fight them off. Jihan and Ji-Ho used their chi to destroy them while Hanbin used a sword that seemed to be made of wind. Other martial artists also helped them reach the destination when Ji-Ho informed them of the plan.
They entered the gymnasium and are shocked upon seeing the inside. The interior is pitch black as if it is covered in shadows. The only one inside the gymnasium is the enigma girl named Seo-yeon. She is currently floating in mid-air while the shadows are expelled from her back. As soon as they stepped foot inside the gymnasium, a large shadow monster that is unlike the humanoid shaped ones appeared.
This large shadow monster seemed to be the guardian that protects their master while she is unleashing her power to the world. It is also the most intelligent one that waits for its master to lose control of her body so that it can possess her and become a real being.
"Good luck." Adrian stated as he immediately concealed his aura in order to hide his presence.
The huge shadow monster noticed that one of the intruders vanished which is why it tried searching for it, but a fist packed with condensed chi is sent straight towards it. The huge shadow monster shifted its attention towards Ji-Ho that released the attack. The huge shadow monster also noticed that it received great damage upon the attack which is why it now prioritized her instead.
