"Who are you!?" The grim reaper stated as he became startled that he could not move towards the door that he created that will lead to Limbo.
"I am just a normal empath that needs to question that ghost girl for a few seconds. I just need her memories and it will not take long." Adrian replied.
"Whatever…as long as you do not trouble me after this then I will accept your request." The grim reaper stated as he released his control over the ghost girl that stays in the rooftop.
The ghost girl became a bit shocked as the grim reaper that is supposed to be the best authority next to the kings of hell got bested by a normal individual. She could only guess that the human in front of him must not be that normal to be able to stop a grim reaper.
"Tell me, are you the ghost that lives here in this rooftop?" Adrian asked.
"Yes, I am. I would like to know where you learned of that information since I rarely interact with other spirits and do not cause trouble to those that come to this rooftop." The ghost girl stated.
"The perverted ghost that hangs out inside of the girl's locker room told me." Adrian replied as he pointed at the direction of the locker room.
"That pervert. I will definitely make him have a piece of my mind on the other side." The ghost girl stated as the grim reaper nodded his head since he also knows of that perverted ghost.
"Back to the topic, can you tell me anything about the details of the suicide that the girl did? I want to know if her spirit somehow split up when she died or maybe her grudge is passed on." Adrian stated which made the grim reaper even more curious of his real identity.
The ghost girl told Adrian about what happened or at least what she witnessed about the sudden death of the girl. The most important fact is that she did not say that the girl committed suicide but described it as a sudden death.
"I was here in this rooftop as I waited for my lover from a few years back to return to this location. He promised me that he would return to this spot to honor his vow of marriage for me. Spoiler alert…he did not come back, and I waited until my death.
It seems that my longing for him far outweigh my desire to go to the afterlife. The King of Hell gave me 50 years of waiting time until my longing vanished. Oddly enough, I still long for him but an agreement with a King of Hell is not negotiable.
The girl that died was actually with two other girls that seemed to be something like her posse. They come here to rant about the world being unfair and plot who they would bully to vent their stress. They were not good people, but she did not deserve to die like that in my opinion.
While they were discussing about a certain person to bully, a black mass of indescribable matter materialized out of nowhere. It suddenly pushed the girl that is heavily leaned on the safety bar, and she fell headfirst as her feet was lifted. The other two immediately panicked and escaped from this place.
The odd thing is that the two that were supposed to be her friends did not even bother trying to catch her. They just stood there and froze at what happened. They did not even try and catch up with her. The black mass did not even bother stopping the other two which is why I found it odd." The ghost girl stated as Adrian listened to the story with every detail.
"You know that I did not ask for your life story but thanks for telling it. Did this black mass feel different? Did it feel like it is a mass of emotions?" Adrian asked.
"Sorry about that. Looking at you made me somewhat tranquil and made me tell you my life story as if I would have peace of mind if I told you. I do not know but I did feel resentment from that black mass. I did not feel anything else after that as it did not even bother me and vanished after it pushed the girl." The ghost girl stated.

While Adrian was talking with the ghost girl, Jihan tried very hard to ignore the grim reaper that is just beside him. He even tried looking at something else since he still believes that he would die if he made eye contact with the grim reaper.
"Your friend…what is he?" The grim reaper asked Jihan.
"He is an empath." Jihan stated without even looking at the grim reaper which made the latter chuckle.
"An empath…it is the truth but not the whole truth. It seems your friend over there is not completely telling you what he really is. Even I know that he is not just an empath because he managed to stop a grim reaper. Only those that have authority over the dead could do such thing. Then again, I might be wrong." The grim reaper stated as he looked at Jihan.
"You know that it is fine for you to make eye contact with me. The stories that are passed down about us are just legends made so that children will not linger where dead bodies are. It was a way for them to steer clear of danger. I expected more from the grandson of the tigers after all." The grim reaper stated which made Jihan get shocked.
Jihan got shocked by the grim reaper's declaration since he knows the former's identity. Jihan turned around but the grim reaper is already near the ghost girl and is entering the door that he made. Jihan saw that the grim reaper and the ghost girl vanish from thin air like smoke. Adrian looked at Jihan with bewilderment as the latter seemed spooked for some reason.
