The cold air greeted their exposed skin as they stepped out of the inn. It was a magnificent sight to behold, the warm glow from the setting sun which was hidden behind the thick set clouds reflected off window panes, glasses and Terra roofs.
Suddenly, it started to snow, Levi could not contain his excitement as he stretched out his hand in front of him and waited for a snow petal to drop onto it.
It was the first snow of the winter
"Let's go" Jake said to Levi just as a snow petal dropped on his open palm.
Levi fisted his hand as the snow, petal melted inside his clenched fist, he shivered slightly from the feeling of cold water trickling down his fingers
With no prior destination in mind, Levi and Jake set off towards the opposite direction they had come.
They could see a couple of houses in the distance and thought that it must be their next stop.
