Merlin setted up a rope ladder down on the lawn
"This is called ladder training, the empire doesn't use this so they might have a bit of trouble here. Okay! Do as I say after I show you an example"
He went to stand before the ladder then he started
"First you put your feet into the grid together parallel then start jumping out then into the box with your feet still connected. I will also add something else to help you with training your concentration"

He started the demonstration. He did as he told and jumped into the grid then jumped in a zigzag formation as he goes forward
He finished, wiping off the sweat on his forehead he asked me
"Easy right?"
I shook my head
"No!no!no! That's hard but, I want to do it"
"That's the energy!"
I stood before the ladder, I then tried to perform it
"Wait!"
I stopped

"Cast the designated magic that I tell you"

I casted fire magic but "Wha!? My leg's wont move!"
"Hehe that's because you're body isn't used to it yet, So!" He clapped his hands"We will start with the basics, until you get used with the training you can't use magic"
