Hyena and Alpha2 arrived later that night, collapsed on his doorstep. They were filthy, and it looked like the training with Gaia wore them out a lot.
"What a monster that man is,"
He shook his head and tossed them onto his sofas. Upon feeling the soft foam below their bodies, the two drifted to sleep immediately.
Hugo, on the other hand, couldn't sleep and had to find ways to occupy himself till morning.
He tried going out at night to hunt monsters and villains. It had become sort of a tradition for him at this point, but each time it was always quite boring considering the only problems weak villains could pose for him were stupid monologues.
From his time as the Judgment, Hugo had realized that the truly dangerous villains are those who kept their evil plans to themselves. Even Cluez, as chatty as he was, never actually revealed why he was after Hugo.
'All the good ones are dead,' He sighed as he headed back home disappointed.
