A peculiar existence dragged its body across the forest with a particular destination in mind. Its fur was black-brown and covered in sweat. Something had taken place in its original home that forced it to migrate past the icy caps where it lived for years.
It was almost a surprise that the Yeti was still alive. There was only one source of ice and snow within the region.
The poor creature didn't understand why such a place would even choose to appear in this wasteland of heat.
Its life was one rife with suffering. The other members of its clan ostracized it because of its higher intelligence and similarity with the humans. From then on, it suffered various discriminations and dangerous battles which it came to blame on its similarities.
The monster had reached the level of being able to have certain philosophical questions, putting it higher in the evolutionary chain.
