Chapter 123: Skill and Control
Despite what anyone had to say, Hugo personally felt that skill and control were the most important aspects of being a Dancer. He was a prime example of that. If power was the only important thing, then he wouldn't be in any situation he'd experienced since he was a kid.
If power were the only important thing, he wouldn't have the common sense to know he could transform Black Matter into other forms. He wouldn't have Shiloh or Zephyr. And he most certainly wouldn't reach the S-rank.
That was all there was to it. And it was also why Allegro Dancers were rated differently compared to the Dancers of other countries.
'I've always heard our Dancers are somewhat abnormal in that regard,' Hugo mused to himself, gradually descending to meet the other S-rank Dancers.
It was fascinating, but that didn't matter.
