Joon-won turned to see Jung-hwa, her surprise evident as she fired off questions at him. He hesitated, knowing the truth: the Joon-won of last week and the Joon-won now were worlds apart, thanks to his decades of experience from his past life.
"Why aim for that Star Batch you keep mentioning? I don't see the appeal. It's likely filled with distractions. I find more drawbacks than benefits there. As for the role, I don't need validation from others. Knowing my own capabilities is enough for now. I believe my skills will shine better with the minor roles I'm given," Joon-won shrugged, voicing his unconventional stance.
