Yang Mei drove her car out of the hotel parking space. She was still a bit intoxicated by the alcohol she had consumed last night but she was stubborn. She still wanted to get out of the hotel quickly so that she wouldn't need to explain things to Jaxon.
That man was just like her in a sense that they both were persistent and annoying. He was infamously known as a bad boy in their circle abroad. He was the typical rich second generation. He didn't do anythng productive in his life aside from partying and drinking.
But he was a professional racer. He had a few championship thropies in his hands that he used to brag about. And although they had known each other for a few years, he still hadn't given up on looking for her to pester her.
Yang Mei let out a sigh as her expression soured. She didn't want to think about Jaxon anymore because she had a more pressing matter to mull about.
