Today, the outpatient polyclinic is full. Nancy walked into her room. A nurse named Dana followed her and then smiled as she handed her a stack of medical records.
Nancy studied one of the medical records and saw that her patient had recently had a tumour removed. Nancy only needed to change the bandage and then look at the biopsy results.
The patient was a seventy-year-old man who lived alone. His son was married and left him. His son didn't even know his father was sick.
Nancy was concerned about the patient. He helped the man to lie down on the patient's bed.
"Hello, Doc. How are you? You look very beautiful today," said the old man.
Nancy smiled. "I'm fine, thank you, Mr. Calton."
"You can call me Teddy."
The nurse helped the man to lift his shirt so Nancy could check his shoulders. It turns out that the wound was festering.
"Did you take the antibiotics, Teddy?" Nancy asked.
