Baron took Victoria's face and kissed her lips. Her lips felt so soft. Victoria kissed him back, and it felt like a million stars had exploded in his head. He felt wonderful.
It's not like when Neyan kissed him, which felt stiff. Everything felt different when he kissed Victoria. His heart was beating very fast against his ribs. He was surprised when Victoria squeezed the nape of his neck, and it made his breath roar loudly.
He could feel how warm her cheeks were under his fingers. He paused for a moment to look at her face. Victoria closed her eyes as if she still wished they never ended the kiss.
"I like you," whispered Baron.
Baron continued his kiss. He moved his fingers down the center of Victoria's chest to feel her heartbeat. Victoria sighed, her sigh getting Baron even more excited.
In his one hundred and twenty years, this was his first real kiss. He just got to know Victoria, and he immediately fell in love with her. It felt like his heart and feelings only for Victoria.
The kiss felt so intense when Baron felt an electric current sting his body. He felt passionate and wish something even more than that. However, he didn't dare to push Victoria any further.
Baron let go of himself gently and slowly. He took a deep breath to balance his passionate body. He looked Victoria right in her beautiful eyes.
He felt sad because Majer told him that he could not stay longer in the human world. The longer he was here; the more inviting The Catcher was to catch him.
According to Majer, Baron finished his business in the human world. He had proven that Victoria could see it. If there are no dangerous signs from Victoria to suggest that she is The Catcher, he must immediately go home.
Baron could feel the compass in his magic pocket starting to vibrate.
"I'll see you again one day," said Baron.
"W-what? You're leaving?" Victoria sounded nervous.
Baron sighed sadly. "I have to go, but not for a long time. I will find a way to see you again."
"Where do you want to go?" Victoria looked at him with her puppy eyes. "We have just met. There are still many things that we have to discuss. You can't just leave me."
"I'm sorry, Victoria. Trust me. I'll come back to you soon," said Baron, touching Victoria's soft cheek with the back of his hand.
"Promise me." Victoria sounded like she was whining. Her words made Baron want to laugh.
He felt that Victoria wanted him too. It was enough to calm him down.
"I promise."
Baron raised Victoria's hand and kissed her. Victoria's cheeks flushed, and she looked gorgeous.
"I do not have much time. I have to go."
Baron let go of Victoria's hand with a heavy heart. He took a few steps back. Victoria was still standing there staring at him.
"Come into your house. I'll wait for you until you enter your room."
"OK. See you again, Baron."
Victoria waved her hand and turned around to enter the house. Baron was waiting for her until she went up to her room and turned on the light.
Victoria opened her bedroom window and gave him a sweet smiled as she waved her hand. Baron nodded once, and then he turned around to prepare for a super leap.
Baron flew into the air and then landed in a garden where he and Majer first arrived in the human world.
Majer is waiting for him there. "Have you done?"
"Yes. We can go home now."
"You look sad," said Majer, narrowing her eyes.
Baron didn't answer as he focused on getting the compass out of his magic pocket. The compass glowed. He could feel a wave of the portal that was about to open.
Majer had changed her blouse that she had previously worn from Emporion. Baron is still wearing a shirt and jeans. His heart and feelings were still fixated on Victoria.
If he doesn't come home now, he will have to wait until the next portal door opens and doesn't know when. He should have bribed Kumar so that he would give him even more time.
Baron sighed. That thing can't be happening, he grumbling in his heart. Kumar highly values Emporion's safety. Baron is just a rebel who likes to play into the human world. Now, Majer is involved with him.
The portal door opened, so Majer and Baron were sucked into it. Baron adjusts to the circumstances around him. The swirling sensation and colorful light in front of him no longer attracted him.
They landed on the hill behind the palace. The sky was bright. During that moment, it saw a green light in the sky above Kumar's castle. It is the light when the portal door opens or closes.
Majer got up and straightened her blouse and messy hair.
"Thank you, Majer, for accompanying me to the human world. I have to go back to my house," said Baron, who had already removed his human shirt and put it in a magic bag.
Baron jumped and changed form into a labrador. He ran fast through the green grass. A bunch of purple butterflies flew as Baron passed through the flower field.
Emporion Land was a wonderful place, but it was unhappy to be here now. Although his meeting with Victoria was very brief, he felt a strong bond between them.
He had kissed her, and he knew that he had fallen in love at first sight. His heart trembled in a way he had never felt before. Maybe he had turned insane overnight.
He couldn't even tell the difference between day and night. His world was turned upside down. Even though he had to face the problems before him, he had an arranged marriage with Neyan, the royal princess of Emporion Land.
Returning to her home only made her think of Victoria constantly. Her face, her smile, her lips, her scent. Her body felt so warm when Baron hugged her. Her lips felt so soft when she returned his kiss.
A knock on the door shattered his daydreams. Baron opened the door and was surprised when he saw Neyan standing in front of him. She just folded her wings.
"Baron, can I talk to you?"
Baron opened the door wider and allowed Neyan to enter. Neyan looked around his messy house. It's been days since he left his house, he hasn't had time to tidy up his house.
"A royal princess does not deserve to be in my house," said Baron as he pushed the dirty dishes into the laundry.
"Didn't you ask me to sit down?"
Baron cleaned the dusty wooden chair with a rag and invited Neyan to sit down.
"What do you want to drink?" asked Baron while filling the teapot with water then heating it.
"Please don't bother."
"I'll make tea from Caraura leaves."
Baron prepared two glasses and filled them with dried Caraura leaves. Neyan watched him with her sharp eyes like an eagle holding her anger.
Baron pulled out a chair and sat opposite her. "What's the matter, Neyan?"
"Didn't I warn you beforehand? If my father has warned you, then he is not kidding."
"What do you mean? What have I done?"
