Majer took one of the almonds and put it in a bowl. She pounded it with a short wooden stick. After that, Majer mixed it with a little water. She stirred it for a while, and then she scooped it up.
She handed the spoon to Baron. "Drink this," she said.
Baron hesitated for a moment before he opened his mouth. His face scrunched up in disgust.
"I don't like the smell," said Baron, shaking his head.
Majer rolled her eyes. "This potion is for your sake. Broony seeds are very good for antidote. I suspect that the saliva of the birds contains poison. If you do not treat it immediately, you will feel joint pain and vomiting blood continuously. You can die, Baron. You don't want that happen to you, do you?"
Baron sighed. He opened his mouth and pinched his nose. So, Majer immediately fed Baron with the Broony seed solution. Baron frowned as he closed his eyes.
"It tastes so salty!" exclaimed Baron.
