I raised a brow at Bash and said, "I look good in anything, Bash. Thank you for pointing out the obvious."
Bash was surprised with my sudden sassiness, and he guffawed, "You never cease to surprise me, Lizzie."
I grabbed a piece of towel, and a bag of necessary toiletries and make-up as I made my way to the lower level of the camper van. "I'll be downstairs."
I did not wait for Bash to follow me, and I immediately went off to the toilet and locked the door.
I looked at myself in the mirror and I saw how disheveled and unruly I had looked.
Dear lord, what is this face I am seeing right now?
My hair stuck out everywhere, the dark circles under my eyes were like the abyss. There were drool stains at the side of my mouth and even on my cheeks.
All in all, I looked like I just got mauled by a bear and miraculously survived.
