A/N: This chapter is in William's POV. Buckle up, because it's going to be a wild ride of revelations.
My head has been floating lately. My mind tells me there was something wrong around me, but whenever my eyes open, I just end up nodding my head in agreement. I can't seem to remember what it is, but deep down I knew… I knew there was something missing.
I just can't put a finger in it.
"William," a woman's voice called out.
Even as I opened my eyes, everything around my room was dark. I could barely move a muscle, and when I turned my head, I saw two beautiful purple eyes staring back at me.
"Mother," I croaked, "what happened? I feel like something is trying to pound its way out of my head."
"That is just and after-effect of the medicine the doctor prescribed you with, son," she replied as she wiped a bead of sweat on my forehead with a damp cloth.
"How are you feeling now?" a familiar voice asked.
