The old woman and Saraphine stare at eacg other surprisingly for some time before both clears their throat and smile at the man.
The old woman was the first to talk while Saraphine toyed with the end of her clothe feeling that it was all her cause. If she hadn't asked some questions then they would not have led to this.
"MiLord....about that. I do not know why you would think they were together." She knew she didnt compose her lie well enough but it wasnt her fault. The man haf acted like he actually knew nothing about what they were talking about. "Perhaps...did the Lord see anything strange at all?"
