And she did not forget his name. Because even on her way to Alexander's room, she could not get the name off her lips. They way it sounds and the way he siad it to her. His actions. How he apologised for coming off as a gentle man and how she told him her name first.
As if she were on a spell. She felt compelled to give him her name. Which she hadn't planned for tonight.
And she found it even weird that he did not find her name weird but instead compliments it.
"That is a unique and beautiful name you have. Who gave it to you?" He questioned waltzing across the dance floor and avoiding others.
"My grandmother did. Before I was born." She truthfully answered.
He hummed satisfied with her response which quite awed her because she did not find her reaction that amusing.
"It is a beautiful name."
"So is Nicholas." She replies.
