Shadow Cat stood motionless for a second before snapping back to reality. As mad as he was at Marie this changed nothing, he had to find her soon. He then broke the silence once again. "Where did she go and with who? He asked only earning a "What?" for Mrs. Flores. Shadow now felt like all the woman wanted to do was stall for time which filled him with rage.
Lifting his gun and once again pointing it towards the couple he hissed "Stop wasting my time tell me where and with who now!" "R-Randy his name was Randy, Randy Tremblay I believe he said." Mr. Flores answered scared while his wife now cried of fear.
Upon the sound of the name Shadow Cat's eyes widened in fear as his gun dropped on the floor. One name, his name that was all it took for his world to come crashing down. "No!" he whispered slowly but loud enough for the couple to hear. "Shit, that can't be right. No. That can't be true." AJ panicked as he looked like he was having a mental battle.
Tears ran down of Shadow's face as he was aware what this could mean and it killed him. Once again, he had gotten there too late and now, he might not ever see his princess again.
"No! How can it be? Randy is dead right? He should be dead" AJ yelled as he punched the walls. Shadow believe AJ was also scared. He knew AJ had grown to love Marie as a sister and now she was in the hands of that bastard. Their reaction terrified the couple. "What do you mean should be dead? Why are you scared? What does he want with my baby?" Mrs. Flores asked sounding scared to death. "Me! He wants me and is using her to do it." Shadow answered letting his tears fall.
"Father was right and I gave them what they wanted. A way to get to me. A way to destroy me. I gave them my weakness." Shadow whispered to himself but Mrs. Flores heard him and finished for him "your love for Marie. He knew you would come to her rescue. He took her to get to you" she continued Shadow nodded letting another tear fall. "One sec." She said before running towards Marie's room with AJ following her for safety.
Upon entering her daughter's room, she was met with pictures of her daughter and a guy who looked like Shadow with matching outfits Kissing and cuddling along with drawing of Shadow Cat. This was the first time she had been to her daughter's room in months. Omg he is telling the truth she thought. Upon seeing his reaction down there she felt he was but now she was sure. Mrs. Flores then went to the drawer and got what she was looking for Marie's phone.Running back down she unlocked the phone and gave it to Shadow.
"Is that him? This is the guy she went with, there are text there he would send her." Shadow looked at the picture on the phone and clenched his fist. "It's him" he said while showing AJ. AJ took the phone and began to read the text messages noticing it was him who got to Marie's head. It was him adding anger and hate. He showed Shadow the text.
"That fucking piece of shit! I'm going to find him and this time I am going to make sure he is dead. I will take everything he loves from him like he is trying to do to me and then I will put a bullet in his head." Shadow yelled in hatred. "I will end him if it's the last thing I do. No one touches my princess." Shadow was so upset he did not hear the police sirens get closer but AJ did. "Fuck it's the cops man come on we gotta get out of here" AJ yelled but it was too late the cops were right outside. "Shit" AJ yelled knowing they were pretty much screwed.
"Go down the hall to the left there is a door. It leads to the back of the house GO!" Mrs. Flores told Shadow Cat surprising him. "Save my daughter please." Shadow nodded and then followed AJ to the back door barely making out on time. "Stall them I got to get to Marie's room" Mrs. Flores told her husband and running to her daughter's room taking out everything that could give them a hint of Shadow Cat's Identity.
Her daughter was in danger and he was the only who could save her. Noticing everything was hidden and the men had been able to escape she caught up with her husband who pretended not to see any signs of Shadow and telling them the neighbor's must have been mistaken. After some questions the police believed their story and left the property.
Shadow was pissed. He had a lot of unanswered questions and he would start by going to the place where it everything started. Headquarters. Shadow Cat and AJ soon arrived back at the United Devils headquarters. Shadow cat had enough and he would make sure to end it.
He was pissed, he needed answers, this was war and for that he needed his gang. That's right HIS gang. If there was ever a time to fight, and show what he was truly made off it was now and he would take his back his rightful place as the leader of the United Devils. Today was the day and Shadow was ready. He knew it would come a day where he would once again take his place as leader and today was the day. Shadow Cat knew what he would do.
