Before he was able to hit the fourth he was shot on the thigh making him drop to the ground. Michael hit the floor in pain but that did not stop him from pulling out his gun and shooting the man three times in the chest. As the man fell dead on the floor by him Michael tried getting back on his feet but failed as he had no support and the bullet seemed to hit a nerve. He grunted in pain but at that moment his best friend jimmy ran inside the room.
"Mike" Jimmy called out as he ran to his side. "I'm okay just help me up." Michael replied trying to put his best act, even if Jimmy was his best friend it was said a leader never showed weakness. Before helping Michael up Jimmy took off his belt and tied it up around Michaels thigh applying pressure to help stop the bleeding.
"I'm fine really come on help me up we have to find Shadow Cat." Michael spoke again trying to calm the evident worry in his best friend's face. Upon helping Michael up both man exited the room and went in search of Shadow.

Shadow Cat and Randy faced off on the wooden floor of that large cold room. Trying to pay mind games Randy pulled off his jacket to reveal his white shirt filled with blood. Marie's blood. Shadow Cat's face scrunched up in anger holding Randy firmly in his gaze without ever blinking. Randy smirked as he saw Shadow's face expression, he knew he was getting to him.
Hen bent down stretching his back and legs and turned his neck from side to side making a cracking sound. Randy then held his fist in the air, as he was ready to begin. Meanwhile Shadow Cat just stood still watching him closely with hatred in his eyes.
Shadow Cat stood still, his dark black eyes burning a hole in Randy's soul. He was not amused by Randy's tactics. In fact the whole attempt of mind games only made Shadow crave the taste of blood even more. He couldn't wait to put his hands on Randy just like Randy had on the love of his life. Remembering the phone call with Marie prior and hearing Randy's attempt to rape her fueled his want for revenge even more. At that moment it was as if he had never been shot. Shadow Cat felt no pain instead he felt rage!
"Now where were we?" Randy asks and just like that the fight was on. Randy rushed towards Shadow fist in the air and begun throwing wild punches. Shadow dipped and weaved as Randy kept throwing hits here and there and Shadow dodging every single one. Shadow waited for the right moment and opening to attack.
As he saw his opportunity he took it punching Randy in the solar plexus knocking the wind right out of him and stunning him for a brief moment. But Randy bounced back quicker than Shadow expected.
Dodging the upcoming hit and kicking Shadow in the chest pushing him a few steps and allowing him to get some air. Not wanting to waist his new found momentum Randy hurried to continue the attack. As learned prior to the war Shadow Cat was his worst when cornered and that is where Randy wanted him. Throwing more kicks and punches he pushed Shadow towards the wall.
Despite Shadow Cats counter offensive and great defenses he found himself closer to the wall until his back fully touched it. Randy smirked thinking he finally had Shadow Cat cornered but once again he failed to realize this is not the same Shadow Cat as before.
Randy then grabbed Shadows shirt trying to keep him in place and threw a fist towards Shadow Cat's face who was quick to move his head to the side allowing Randy to connect to the wooden wall. Shadow Cat saw as Randy winced in pain as his fist connected to the wall. Followed by the sound of a crack and splitter sent flying through the air. This blow had made the opening Shadow Cat was searching for to get his self out of the wall.
And that is just what he did as he would no longer hold back his need for blood.
