Avery and the ministers left Ariadne and Sergio inside the royal hall.
So did Alice and Elie. The royal hall became empty and there was only Ariadne and Sergio.
Ariadne headed to a wooden table opposite the ministers' table. At the wooden table, Ariadne opened one of the bottom drawers. And there was an old ring that was very thick and made of silver.
The ring was Winston's. The ring has always been in that drawer.
Ariadne remembered very well that Winston didn't really like wearing the thick ring. But Winston didn't want to throw the ring away. Winston had always kept the ring in the drawer. Without ever moving it or shifting it.
"This is our father's only favorite ring." Ariadne said. The woman took the silver ring just like that.
Ariadne gave the ring to Sergio.
"Put the ring on. It will make you look like you really are King Winston's son."
"This ring is for me?"
