This morning Darian managed to hunt a wild hen in the forest. One hen was, of course, directly cooked by burning.
For three people, one chicken female can still fill their stomachs. Actually Alice and Ariadne were getting tired of eating game like fish and chicken. Likewise Darian, the three of them were very tired of eating those two types of animals.
But what can you do if you can only eat it. The forest area is filled with pine trees and other wild plants.
Of course there are no vegetables that can be found easily. Besides, if there were vegetables, Alice didn't know how to cook them. Cooking vegetables must use a pan or cooking utensil made of iron or aluminum. Vegetables can not be burned, even if it can taste bad.
The three of them had breakfast after bathing. All the dirty clothes had been washed by Alice yesterday afternoon and now they were all dry.
