About two hours later, Darian and Alice finally finished cleaning the wooden house. The two of them then sat together on the wooden floor of the terrace of the house.
While Ariadne walked slowly towards them. "I've finished gathering a lot of sticks since earlier." Ariadne said with a smile.
"Thank you, princess. Rest inside. The inside of the house is quite clean." Darian said.
Ariadne chuckled softly. "You two stop calling me princess. My palace has been destroyed. I am no longer a princess in your eyes. And my husband is also dead. I am no longer a queen either. I am in the same position as you guys."
Hearing those words Darian and Alice looked at each other. The two of them naturally felt contemplative about it.
But Ariadne smiled again. "I'm talking like that in a fine way. I'm not sad anymore. Umm to be more precise, I can't be sad for long. From now on think of me as an Ariadne. Just call me by my name. I'll never wear my crown again."
