Unlike any silly main character stereotype, David is a realist and an entrepreneur in the heart. He will try to thrive no matter how he dislikes the situation he's in. Judging from David's characteristics, he will probably try his best to make Min Soo happy. He may look aloof, but he's quite the kind soul.
