Min Soo attacks first with his water spear, conjuring the Aquos power in his mind into a destructive force. The elf replies with a thunder ball that appears from hordes of spirits surrounding him, Min Soo realizes that they're using different methods to cast a spell. He needs to hold down his curiosity for the sake of winning the fight.
He's uncertain why the elf is hostile toward them, but if it's a fight he wants then Min Soo will abide by the elf's anger. The elf is rampaging with his Thundara spell, his emotions are filled with anger and unacceptance, he raises his staff and rain thunderstorm on the Idol. The Idol can overwhelm him with his charm but he refuses to use it now.
