Vice-Commander Gamarak had an inkling as to what the Duke had in mind. The glints on the Duke's eyes were indicative of hesitation, fear. Be that as it may, Hadron didn't dare address it. It was not his duty to do so.
Hadron went back to observing what Vhelian was seeing in his hallucinations. Although the Vice-Commander wasn't the least bit disturbed, he didn't want to see any more of the young man's nightmares.
For some reason, Hadron felt as if he wasn't allowed to look into Vhelian's mind. It was as if it was the worst sin he could commit at that moment.
