"Wait, are you serious?" Severio asked, his eyes widening as he spoke.
"Yes, to be honest with the three of you, Ophelia Hamlin is not a person worth forgiving. She had done far more atrocious things than you could have ever imagined."
Ilya's words did nothing to persuade Severio, Heller, and Bard. They were still in awe of how easily she accepted the job even after hearing the details. Yes, they were hopeful of gaining another comrade and more after.
But Ilya said that she would capture Ophelia on their behalf. That only meant that she wouldn't be requiring their help or anyone else's. Considering the mission's difficulty, it would make sense if Ilya asked them to gather at least ten more people to be of assistance.
With that confusion in mind, Severio resolved to clear it up.
