There were a lot of things that Ilya wished to know.
The very fact that a Duke's daughter could commit such an atrocity alone was detestable. More so, if it involved an entire clan.
By only hearing Heller's sentiments, Ilya could guess that Ophelia was in the wrong. Even without the additional information, Ilya would try to find reasons why Ophelia was at fault.
Ilya wanted to know whether the Duke was aware of what Ophelia had done. If he was, how could he permit it when he's the Prime Minister? If he wasn't, how come he wasn't able to unveil such a crime?
And it wasn't only the Duke who could be blamed. Sorsiana and Horen, who were closer to Ophelia in heart and personality, were probably in the know of Ophelia's wrongdoings. It wouldn't be farfetched to say that they also knew where Ophelia had imprisoned the children.
She could go as far as to accuse the three Hamlins of corroborating.
