Rather than ordering the Demon Kings to enter the tavern, Aectaeon told them to tear it down from the outside.
Since the majority of Aectaeon's Demons were as tall as the establishment, they didn't have any trouble fulfilling the man's orders. The very fact that there were no Demons to intercept them also helped in hastening the process.
As for his allies, they were preoccupied in mopping up the bodies of the fallen thugs and their Demons. At the least, they wished to be of help to Aectaeon.
It's because they were too late in summoning their Demons. By the time their Demons were out, the battle with the thugs outside of the tavern was almost at an end.
Aectaeon had no issue in what they were doing. There was yet another fight that would arise. He would be letting them get some action. If he failed to give them an opportunity to participate in the fight, they would be guiltily grateful of him for the rest of their lives.
