Kian looked at René. She was as shocked as him.
"Congratulation to you!" he said over the phone. "I am sure they have your blessings and of other members of your family." This he said more to René than to Mr. Osbourn.
"They certainly do. We hope to see you tomorrow." Mr. Osbourn said and the line was disengaged.
Kian waited for René's reaction; however, she was a picture of perfect calmness. No one could guess looking at her, what was going on in her heart. She finished her breakfast quietly and slipped into her room. When she came out about half an hour later, she was dressed and ready to go to work.
"Where are you going?" he looked surprised.
"Office!" she wondered why he would ask.
He shut his eyes and sighed. He realized that Mr. Osbourn's call had confused her and she didn't know what she should do.
"It's saturday today, we are closed for the weekend." He reminded her
