Victor took Alex to the lab where Francis and his team worked on enhancing his system. Two days hard work resulted in the new and much improved Alex Victor Osbourn.
This was the name Victor gave him to emphasize his ownership over him. Alex was his boy wonder and he couldn't wait to showcase to the world. He was immensely proud of him, he was everything that Victor had always wanted – a friend, a confidante, an assistant and a lover.
The sanctions and permissions came easily. The director had pulled some strings and met a couple of people and obtained the necessary pass for Alex's safe passage. Francis and his team made certain changes which made Alex more accommodative of the humans.
Alex was undoubtedly a good observer and a quick learner. Victor was confident that he shall have no reason to worry. Two technicians accompanied him in the journey.
