Alex opened the door for them and said with a smile – "Have a wonderful day."
"Thank you." – Peter responded to both of them and then he asked – "What will you do?"
"I will wait for his return," Alex responded with a smile.
Victor felt shivers run down his body.
Peter noticed how quiet and subdued Victor was throughout their car journey. He thought it could be due to the jet lag. What else could trouble a young man from an influential background?
The lab was a ten minutes drive from the hotel. Even as they drove closer, Victor could see a formidable structure covered in white. The grounds were white and so was the building.
Peter parked the car within the big rectangle. "Stay still, don't open the door." – he warned him.
"Aren't we getting down here?" Victor said
"They are scanning our car using laser lights." He explained.
