Victor and Peter reached the fourth floor where he was assigned the room. The bell boy helped him with the luggage and escorted him to his room. Victor was surprised when he saw the boy ring the doorbell.
But he was even more surprised when the door opened. Here was the life-like man standing in front of him. His skin was so pure and his eyes luminous and his black hair neatly combed and tucked away from the broad forehead. He wore a blue check shirt and jeans.
He looked every bit like a twenty-five-year-old man. And yet, on closer inspection, one would know he is not human. Standing before them was an AI-enabled Robot.
"Welcome to room no. 408. My name is Alex and I will take care of you from now on." – it said. Then he extended his hand and took hold of Victor's luggage. "I'll take it from here." – it said to Peter.
Peter looked at surprised Victor. "Then, I'll take your leave. I'll pick you up tomorrow morning at 7."
