As nervous as she was, Zara walked into the front door where Zandro just got in seconds ago. She crouched with her lightest steps as much as possible. Her plan was to know anything about Zandro, but she didn't want him to see her.
She was a stranger, a stalker, and a trespasser of Zandro's property. That alone could send her to jail. So, that's the last thing she deemed to happen. She rather back out got herself away from there. All she planned was to know where Zandro lived.
Yet, she got into a place that was far away from the city. It could be Zandro's favorite fortress, but it surely was not his dwelling. Which doesn't actually make sense for Zara at the same time, was exciting.
The house was quite empty, not only with people but also with furniture. Well, it did have the basics, but not actually something that fits for a big mansion like this. The huge living room only had a long, oldie couch and a wooden center table, filled with scratches and stains, and it was scruffy.
Zara can peek over the open door from the living room to see if Zandro was in there. It was the kitchen, that's what she found out, and no, he wasn't there. She knew where he could be after she heard a few scratching, creaking, and squeaking from upstairs.
Zara took a deep and anxious breath before she stepped on the staircase in the most painstaking way possible.
Her eyes were fixed on what's possible to come out above her while, deep inside, she was praying that she won't be seen and that she can see something instead. She didn't quite know or expect what she actually wanted to see. Maybe, just something revealing. Some new things to know about Zandro.
She was an open bedroom door upstairs and a shadow of someone moving inside. Zara tried to follow it. Slowly her head emerges on the door. Her mouth gaped, and as well as her eyes, staring behind Zandro, who was trying to change his clothes.
Zandro was about to take off his supporter's briefs when Zara shrieked as. She gasped with surprise as she saw Zandro's nicest, naked and muscle-filled butt.
That caught Zandro's attention.
Zandro's eyes widened when he met the eyes of a stranger that barged into his private property.
"Shit! Who are you!" He yelled.
Caught in a hop and with panic, Zara abruptly pulled herself away from the door, and as fast as she could, she ran down the stairs, trying her best to get out of that place and not get caught. She can see herself in jail if that happens.
She can't imagine how many possible cases Zandro might sue her.
Zandro was shocked for not expecting to experience such weird things that someone was snooping in him and even inside the house when he was in his bedroom trying to get dressed.
It's undeniable scary; what if they were trying to murder him or kidnap him. He suddenly got agitated with some scary possibilities. But he needs to move fast, wear back his shorts and run after whoever it was.
He needs to know what he was doing here. He ran down the stairs in haste and followed the intruder without even wearing anything on his foot.
Zara, on the other hand, was catching her breath as she ran back to the gate.
"Shit!" She blurted when she saw the tall gate big padlocked. There's no way for her to get out from there but only through the gate since the gate walls were also tall and more impossible for her to climb that way since it was plainly finished with plastered concrete.
There's only one way she had thought to escape. Climbing her way to the tall gate. It was an old arcked top-designed gate that was probably three to four meters tall. The design was like simple yet thick angle bars designed with art deco style.
She knew climbing there could be hard and spine-tingling but possible, considering that she had no choice at all. So, she had to make it possible.
Zara jumped towards the gate and started climbing it. Her feet were shivering as well as her hands while gripping hardly in fear.
Fear from falling.
Fear of getting caught.
And that fear soon enough was more aggravated upon hearing Zandro's voice yelling at her. "Dammit! Come back here! Who are you!"
Even though Zara already knew that Zandro had already seen her, she still didn't stop. The more she even climbed higher and higher, the more she felt like she was in a panic.
Zara's foot slipped, and she almost fell. That moment, she could hear Zandro yelling at her even louder, and she just saw him about to grab her.
She screamed in panic and couldn't hold on to her tears as she screamed, "Sorry! Sorry! I will go now." She was going that Zandro would just simply leave her and let her go.
However, that was impossible. He was even more curious to see that the intruder was just a girl, part of him was relieved but still suspecting. So there's no way to let her go. He has to investigate her.
Zara had already climbed to the top of the gate and was still shivering when she can feel that it suddenly became hard for her to move. Something was stopping her, and the next time she looked down, she saw Zandro holding her lady's backpack. The length of its strap was the one putting her into danger.
"Let go of it! Please just let me go!" Zara snarled and tried to pull her backpack out.
"I will, but not until you tell me who you are and why you were in my house." Zandro firmly said, looking at her with an intimidating gaze and pulling her bag down, made Zara strip her feet and fill them down, causing scrapes in her knees, palms, and elbows.
"Ouch! OUCH!" Zara cried out as she fell to the ground.
Zandro was not about to let her go as he wanted to know what she was doing in his house and why she went inside it.
Zara was still wailing when Zandro.
"That hurts! Stop doing that!" She cried out as Zandro lifted her from the ground with full force and tight grip.
