Master Gabi stood with his left arm on his back while his right supported him on his walking stick. He looked Xyelia in the eye, who returned hers more fiercely, but understood what he was saying. She sighed and turned to look at Yui, whose head was still bowed.
Master Gabi walked up to Yui. His shadow formed over her.
"Alright. I know. I just felt I should open up more." She raised her head and looked at Gabi with her typically bland face.
"They will know all in due time, child. But you know more than anyone else that you mustn't rush these things. This should be enough to convince those here that Xyelia can accompany the party to the Adventurer's camp. No need divulging your secret. The little I know haunts me deeply. It won't be good for more to be exposed."
"I know, I know." Yui stood up and dusted her backside.
