Raliz couldn't raise her head up. Its like her Grandpa is some kind of a high being.
"Why didn't you tell me?" Raliz wanted to find answers.
Her Grandpa planned all this all along. Everything she did has a purpose.
Rex planned everything from the start. Since in the beginning when she saw Raliz and visited the Twin Mountains.
He knew Raliz was meant for the thing that he planned to. And now, it was really revealed that Raliz is the perfect person for the job.
He did this last training to awaken what lies inside of Raliz. He's the one who put that Monstrous Beast in the mountain and made Raliz suffer emotionally and physically.
But Raliz endured everything and learned.
Raliz did learned something.
But that's not important, the most important thing that her Grandpa was happy about was that Raliz discovered her powers.
Raliz don't know a little about this stuffs. It still felt surreal for her.
It might be too cruel for her Grandpa to make her suffer like that but it was all worth it. And then again, the power that Raliz gained is something that she couldn't control, still it could help her of what comes next.
Pew!
Raliz heard a sound. The suppressive aura suddenly dissipated. She looked up and saw her Grandpa has a huge wound on his stomach.
"Grandpa... Grandpa!" Raliz caught her Grandpa's body.
"I'm alright... I'm alright don't worry..." Her Grandpa tried to stand up. Raliz helped him out.
"What happened?" Raliz asked.
"Dark Elves!" Rex said seriously.
Raliz couldn't believe what she heard.
'Elves?! That's crazy! They only exist on fantasy books or they're just myths. There's no such thing as that exists.' Raliz was doubtful.
Hearing the additional word 'dark', these creature were different from the elves she knew.
In the trees were Black creatures coming out. They were holding weird gun-like weapons and started shooting black beams on Raliz and her Grandpa.
In a wave of her Grandpa's hands, a white light encompassed them, shielding them from the dark beams.
"Raliz, you still have that Gem I gave you, right?"
Raliz nodded.
"Bring it out." Rex commanded.
Raliz took the Gem out of her pocket, she was shocked because it was glowing.
Rex held Raliz's hand and the Gem and said some weird enchantments.
The Gem glowed even brighter and suddenly it floated.
"Follow the Gem. And if you happen arrive in a different and new destination... Remember, that is the place where I trained you for... Try to survive and used everything I'd taught you, do you understand?" Grandpa Rex who was struggling to block all the attacks manage to said those words to Raliz.
But I still have many questions I want to ask. Raliz thought sadly.
"Don't worry we'll meet there someday." Rex didn't face Raliz and kept the shield of light strong.
"Blinding Light!" Rex shouted.
The area turned bright blinding everyone's sight except for Raliz and Rex.
"Go!" Rex pushed Raliz away.
Aaaah!
Raliz flew away and bumped her bum on the ground. She was still holding the sleeping Cub.
"Grandpa..." Raliz said his Grandfather's name one last time before she followed the floating Green Gem.
The floating Gem led her to a lake. The lake's surface was calm as ever. It somehow looks like a mirror. Its so peaceful and clear.
Raliz looked at the mirror-like lake and she saw her reflection. She couldn't see what was under or how deep was the lake.
The Gem went in the lake.
"What?! You want me to follow in the lake?" Raliz was shocked and confused.
The Gem went back up, waiting for Raliz to follow it. Raliz was speechless.
Pew! Pew! Pew!
Black beams were starting shoot Raliz to death.
Raliz noticed these Black creatures, they were from before. These Creatures have human appearances but has pointed ears, black eyes and pale skin.
Dark Elves.
Raliz was ready to dive in and suddenly, she felt pain on her belly. She looked down and saw a huge, bloody hole. Raliz's sight started to blur.
Her breathing became heavy. Her body fell into the water. She hugged the cub tightly in her hands.
They were sinking below.
I think this is the end. Raliz thought and looked up as she was swallowed by the darkness in the bottom of the lake.
"[Luck] was used." A computer-like voice ranged inside her.
Everything around her darkened.
Her heart stopped.
Her eyes dilated.
Her body lost its heat.
"[Luck]: Reviving..." The voice rang again in her head.
What... What was that?

Raliz woke up by a sound.
She looked around. She saw the Gem beside her.
"Welcome to Alpha World, Raliz" A computer-like voice alarmed in Raliz's head.
Raliz saw words in front of her.
"What... What is this?" Raliz tried to touched the words but she didn't feel touching anything.
She noticed that whenever she turned her head the words followed. Its like the words were shown in her head.
"What are you?" Raliz asked.
"I'm your Alpha Evolution System. I'll be your guide to evolution."
Raliz looked stupid. She didn't know what to say. Evolution? System? What world where am I?
"Answer: You are in Alpha World.
Answer: As a living being in Alpha, you are tasked to evolve and get stronger. Take Challenges and kill or tame monsters and beasts to Evolve further. If you like to know your path of evolution, just say [Path of Evolution].
Answer: I am your Alpha Evolution System. I can help and guide you to your evolution. If you want to know your Level and Status, say [Stat and Level]." It explained.
Raliz nodded.
"I'm in a new world... Alpha... Evolution... And this System..." Raliz tried to absorbed all the information in her head.
Her heart beats a little faster now. She really recognize what is happening right now.
"Just like a game... Just like in the Animes and Mangas!" Raliz shouted excitedly. Jumping and giggling.
She couldn't believe it. First, she thought Magic and Monsters weren't real but they really are and now... Systems and Evolution also exist. For her, she was in a dream.
But what about Grandpa, Mom, Dad and Rane. Am I be able to see them again. Worries flashed by in her mind.
"Nevermind, they're gonna be alright. I think I should worry about myself. This world might be very dangerous." Raliz stopped worrying and think about the suggestion of the System.
"System... No... Do you have a name?" Raliz thought that calling the System 'system' or 'Alpha Evolution System' might be too boring and too long.
"Answer: Yes. Alpha Evolution System."
Raliz was dumbfounded. She sighed, unsatisfied with the answer.
"Can I name you then?" Raliz asked once again.
".... Yes, you can." The said sounded flustered.
"Well, then... How about... Alpha." Raliz suggested.
"As you wish." Alpha said.
Raliz smiled and continued.
"Alpha, [Stats and Levels]." Raliz commanded.
Series of informations appeared before Raliz's eyes.

MP: 0/100(Empty Reservoir)
Power: 50 Defense: 10 Vitality: 50

Raliz analyzed the information before its eyes.
"It is really like a game, like an RPG game with a help of a computer-like system."
She noticed something on the the stats. Her Magic has 1 point. She was a little confused.
What is that 1 point on magic? Raliz was thinking when answers appeared and rang in her head.
" Answer: Every points in Magic means spells that you have learned or made. The higher the points means the more spell you have earned. The points also helps to increase your Aura area."
Raliz understood and asked again.
" What is Aura Area?"
"Aura area is the area of your aura could reach. Your Aura determines what level you are. The higher the level, the wider your aura and the wider the place it could cover up."
Raliz nodded. She remembered in a book she'd read before, each life has an aura. Its like a faint-colored light around your body. It also determines who you are and your personalities.
Aura has different uses. It just depends how a human use it.
And in this world, it has new uses.
"Alpha. How do you release or show your aura?" Raliz wanted to try it out.
"Answer: To gain the skill, [Aura Release], learn to meditate 3 hours straight and feel the energy in the air." Alpha directly stated the skill and how to obtain it.
Raliz was shocked how direct Alpha
was.
She thought it would be very hard to meditate that long and gain the skill.
"[Aura Release] is a basic skill that a weak Zero level like you should learn." Alpha said mockingly.
