They will need to find some weapon in there, and if they are lucky they could get elemental weapons. Those elemental weapons are created by a heart of High-level semi-legendary Soul-Beasts.
Since the heart of Legendary beasts is not suitable for creating weapons, they would most likely burst while creating. Some are trying to create weapons from it but non succeeded or some hid it from the public.
Once that someone managed to create one, then that news would likely explode, and some low population races like humans and dwarves would likely go to war. To races like the wolf race, they are not interested in it.
