Sandra rolled her eyes on her when she grabbed Roy's arm. She wanted it to happen, and now that she succeeded, she quickly caressed her temple and pretended to be sick.
"What's wrong? You looked pale." Sebastian asked her but little did he knew, Halora heard everything that urged her to leave with Roy.
He was not pretending. He sincerely felt pity for Sandra for the first time. He narrowed his eyes, held her hands which gave her the opportunity, and had fooled him.
"Ahhh, my head suddenly hurts! C– can you help me to go back to the cottage?" She looked intently into his eyes, pleaded, and begged until Sebastian tilted his head.
He agreed with her request but the moment he lifted his head, Halora was far away from his sight.
Guilt drew to his face but letting her go with Roy was the best decision he had made. It was not for his selfishness but because he wanted to protect her from anyone.
