After the movie booth, Roy invited her to walk around the campus.
But he felt that she was still into the movie. "Hey, can't you still forget about the movie? You looked stress."
"No! I–it is just like I suddenly feel weak. Like I don't want to do something anymore." She sighed.
Until he saw a vacant bench at the end of the movie booth. He told her to relax, to breathe some good, fresh air.
Luckily, she agreed to him. Halora faked a smile as she tried to set it aside. The entire place filled with joy and laughter yet, there she was, frowning like the moment she heard her parents' death.
"What time is it?" She said, glanced up at the calm sky.
She hasn't seen it for a while now. "Quarter to three. Hmm, what is your next plan?"
Halora opened her bag and took out the bottle of water. She drank all of it while Roy stared at the group of girls who were having fun.
"I don't know! But I have to go home early since you will be competing later. I need to do something before anything else," She gulped, then looked from his gaze.
Halora remembered that she had to teach him for an hour. Despite the school's activities, she wanted not to stop the session with him.
For a moment, Roy captured a girl's sweet smile like Halora. He didn't know what it was but he was stuck with her beauty and elegance.
"Hey, are you listening to me?"
He rubbed his nape, blinked his eyes, and said, "W–what did you say? I– I'm sorry, I... I didn't hear it."
But Halora looked at the group of girls from a distance. She narrowed her eyes when she saw Zenith with her teammates.
"Nah, don't try to hide it from me. I know you were staring at her, am I right?"
Roy lied to her. He denied it as it was not a big deal for him. "Don't tease me, Halora. You know me very well. If I say I am not, that's it."
After a couple of years, she never heard that kind of tone. She knew a lot of things changed and there was a part of him that she was no longer know.
By then, she smiled shortly, gasped, and put back the empty bottle inside of her bag.
For a couple of minutes, they stayed that way. Seated at the bench, listening and watching the students who laughed with their friends and acquaintances.
"Hmm, excuse me for a moment, I'll just go to the washroom." Halora felt uncomfortable after drinking a lot of water in a second.
Her body reacted abnormally where she felt like using the washroom.
"I'll be waiting here for you, alright?"
"A–alright!" She said, bowed her head, and quickly went onto the washroom, few steps away from the movie booth.
"Tss, I know he's secretly staring at Zenith. But why would he deny and keep it? He's too annoying!"
Along the way, Halora talked to herself like a crazy high school girl. She gulped, stopped for a second upon reaching the washroom.
She hesitantly walked inside until someone poked her back. "Halora," spoke the cold, husky voice from behind.
"I've been trying to talk to you but he's always around. I... I don't start a fight with him so – here, by the way."
He handed a piece of paper to her. It looked familiar with Halora as it was the paper she put stuck on the freedom wall earlier.
It surprised her why he knew it was her who made it. "How d–did you know that this actually mine? A–are you following me, aren't you?"
She asked him with a serious face but he burst into loud, sarcastic laughter. He said, "Not really but we've been following you since the rain stopped."
"Ahh, then you're must be Yong, right?"
"Definitely, Young Lady."
Halora looked at him confusingly. She never expected to be followed by one of the richest students of La Milanosa Academy.
It only happened in a movie but she felt overwhelmed and at the same time terrified. Despite the nervousness she felt, she took the chance to confront him.
"W–what do y–you want from m–me? I... I've seen your leader and he is with S–Sandra!" She sounded like a bitter admirer who loathed her beloved, devil lover.
She just wanted to enjoy the entire week before things back to normal.
Yong turned his head and called Robbe who hid at the wall. He looked like a fool lizard who hid after it being caught.
"You are the only girl for him, Halora. I– I know this is difficult for you, but please, we are asking you a favor. A favor that will bring joy and replace the sadness he felt." He begged.
Until her conscience and guilt pushed her beyond the limit. She wasn't happy at all, and she knew the only person who can bring joy to her life.
To end it, she tilted her head in agreement. A sweet smile formed on her lips as Robbe and Yong hailed and applauded.
"Yes! Finally, after a long, long time of hard work!" Robbie exclaimed as they celebrated their first victory.
To complete their mission, Yong took off the black, thick cloth from his pocket. He faced her, folded it into four, "We need to cover your eyes but don't you worry, Halora. We will guide you to your destination, do you trust us?"
Once again, she hesitated to nod her head. But there was nothing to lose if she will try it for free and wholeheartedly.
"A–alright, you're making me nervous but before you put that handkerchief to my eyes, let me do something first."
"Of course, you can! W– we can wait for you, Halora." They said in chorus which made her giggled and ran inside the washroom.
Halora held her chest and listened to it. She looked at her reflection in the mirror as she realized that her face turned scarlet. "I– I am sorry, Roy but it will be quick!" She murmured.
And without wasting any second, she ran to the first cubicle and did what she needed to do. Before she went outside, Halora combed her hair by her fingers then smiled and sighed heavily.
"Let's do this!" Those were the last words she said before she went with Robbe and Yong. Halora just accepted the challenges without even thinking about it.
