I hissed as I clenched my hands into a fist. "Tell the second squadron to come with me and the first one to guard our temporary base!" I ordered and didn't waste time rushing to the stables.
When I reached the station where we left the horses, I commanded without waiting for a second hesitation. "Prepare my steed at once!"
Once my steed were prepared, the knights already rushed to me and at once, they had prepared their horses. I gave them an order to scout the area for any sightings of the monster, while the rest would follow me to where the waves of monsters were approaching.
As expected, no one had opposed my orders and we all galloped to where we should be. I was gritting my teeth as the harsh, piercingly cold wind slashed my cheeks, but it didn't hinder me. This was nothing, compared to those who were fighting the basilisk.
