After one hour, Lorcan and Bell arrived at the Correctional Institution for Women. It is the city's largest and primary correctional facility for women.
Lorcan parked his car in the visitor's parking space and they eventually stepped out of the car and went to the main entrance of the correctional facility.
Seeing unfamiliar faces, the jail guard blocked their entrance. "Good morning, sir, mam." The man politely nodded to Lorcan and then to Bell. "Do you have an appointment?" The jail guard was talking about visitation appointments since the correction is implementing visitation-by-appointment rules.
"No," Lorcan replied coolly. "But we are here for official business," Lorcan said, then he showed the jail guard his ID.
