Briony drove towards the house that she now owned where a laboratory was underneath it. She usually goes there once a week not just to check the house but for a therapy session with Aldrich.
Aldrich rarely leaves the laboratory. Sometimes he goes home to the apartment that he bought when he came back but sometimes, especially when he got caught up with what he was doing and didn't notice the time, he would take Briony's offer to stay and use one of the rooms upstairs.
Aldrich had been a really great help to Briony. She has been having a regular session with Aldrich to help her overcome her sensory overload and so far, it is working.
Briony could now keep her senses open for longer hours and even days. She'll only have to block it when she is starting to have the symptoms of sensory overload. Right now, they were focusing on highlighting which senses she wanted to focus on.
