"Why? Where's your car?" Briony heard Rowan ask in a worried tone. Ever since she was taken a couple of months ago, their parents seemed to be always fretful when it comes to their safety, especially to her and Bianca since they were still both in university and they don't have a Xander, Ryuu, or Luc to look after them when their parents cannot.
Not that Rowan and Daniella wanted them to have a man of their own.
Because Rowan has always been so open in saying that he is not looking forward to Briony and Bianca having a man following them around.
"My car broke down, dad. But I already called someone to fix it," Briony said through the phone as she was walking out of the university leaving her car in the parking lot.
"Do you want me to call someone to pick you up? Maybe your sisters are not busy or I can call one of Aóratos to pick you up," She heard Rowan say and her eyes immediately widened.
