Lorcan opened the door to his house with a frown. Though he was expecting his visitors, they were unwanted.
As much as he hated them being around his family, the situation calls for them.
He had heard from Gavril a couple of weeks about the death of one of the elders. Although it came as a shock, after what his son did, he had anticipated it.
While Gavril was telling him the news, he immediately noticed Lorcan's reaction as if he already knew about it although the news was contained. Lorcan was hesitant at first to tell Gavril about his son but knew that it would be safer for Aeden if the elders know about it.
As soon as Gavril heard, he was shocked and immediately said that the elders must know about it. Lorcan knew that he would say that but he asked for a couple of days so that he could prepare Lydia for the visit from the elders.
